ご本家のサイトに、5.0.5パッチがアップされていますね。
なんか、細々とバグフィックスされているようです...。
修正の内容は、以下の通り。

Interface and General
• Animation keyframes can now be moved (in time) from the Animation palette or View Parameters dialog.
• Generating animations now always save with the correct file extension.
• Editing a symbol definition after deleting another definition from a library no longer leads to a crash.
• Autosaving no longer saves when editing a symbol library file.
• Loading a symbol library with definitions that were created in a newer version of form•Z is no longer
possible.
• Axis numbers in Mass Properties preview window are now displayed properly on Windows.
• Typing dates into date edit fields now works correctly.
• Image of Thread for Detailed Screw/Bolt options is clearer on Windows.
• Pressing the Escape or Cancel shortcut while a progress bar is showing within the Decal or Textmap
dialogs now cancels the render operation correctly.
• Preview dialogs with automatic update no longer flicker and erase preview area when dragging a slider.
• The Reset button in the Query Attributes dialog no longer causes corrupt undo information or crashes
form•Z.
• Dragging a model window quickly no longer will result in window title bar off the screen.
• Editing a symbol instance no longer changes the layer of the instance if the Paste On Active Layer option
in the Layers dialog is used.
• Opening a dialog while a tool hint is displayed (usually via a key shortcut) no longer leads to a crash,
hang, or other unexpected behavior.
• The HOME and END keys now work correctly in the prompts palette.
• The Symbols palette now refreshes properly when a modified library is reloaded.
• Reset of undos now works properly when the scratch disk becomes full or when the undo file exceeds the
2GB limit.
• The first printed page after changing the print orientation now prints properly.
• Files saved in Wire Frame with OpenGL no longer appear to be blank when opened.
• The performance of moving and copying objects has been improved for Wireframe using OpenGL.
Modeling
• Loading smooth objects with attributes into an application that has smooth modeling disabled no longer
leads to a “Corrupt Objects Deleted” message.
• Dynamic mirror of a parametric cube no longer creates a corrupt object.
• The Join Lines tool now works properly if the lines have different directions.
• The Join Lines tool no longer works on objects in the active layer with the Join All option selected and the
Visible Layers Only option disabled.
• Facetted Cubic Bezier curves are now generated with the correct number of points, according to the
display resolution attribute.
• Undos are no longer added to the list if a Boolean operation fails between Smooth and Facetted objects.
• Snapping to Smooth objects using Combo Snap no longer causes a crash under certain circumstances.
• Adding or deleting control lines in NURBS surfaces using Edit Controls no longer creates corrupt objects.
• Using the Make 1 / 2 sided tool on a NurbZ curve no longer crashes.
• Pressing the ESC key while deleting lots of smooth objects no longer causes a crash on Mac OS X or
resets undos on Windows.
• Hyperbolic Paraboloids now retain primitive controls after mirror transformations.
• The Model Type for Circle or Spline drawing tools is now properly retained in preference files.
• The object axes of copied objects are now generated correctly.
• The Sun Animation now animates across multiple days, correctly skipping the "nights".
RenderZone
• The environment map layout parameter is now read correctly from files that were saved on a different
platform.
• Creating uv coordinates from a cubic texture map control, where the mapping is not aligned with the xyz
world axes, now works correctly.
• Cancelling a RenderZone rendering no longer leads to a crash.
• The atmospheric light now illuminates the scene from the correct direction if the distant light is shining
from a western direction.
Drafting
• The Arc and Angular Dimension dialogs now display the # of Points parameters as expected.
• Draft text can now be created when modeling text is set to create smooth text.
Imager
• Adding views to the Imager now displays all views saved in the project.
• The All Images option within the Imager Display Options now works correctly.
• Opening an imager set where the .fmz file has been moved to a different directory now works correctly.
• The Imager no longer shows names of deleted views in the Select Views to Load window.
• The Animation progress bar now shows properly in the imager.
• Closing multiple imager sets at the same time no longer crashes.
• The Window menu now lists all the open imager sets.
• Interactive shaded renderings no longer produce a blank image if an imager set is run multiple times.
• The Imager no longer draws Interactive Shaded renderings to the screen.
• Saving animations as AVI from Imager now works correctly.
• Cancelling a render in Imager correctly gives the option to save the partial rendering.
• The progress bar is now displayed when generating Hidden Line and Surface Render renderings in the
Imager.
• The Imager now displays the correct task bar under certain conditions.
• The Imager no longer allows views to be set to invalid rendering types.
• The progress bar is now displayed correctly when rendering a RenderZone rendering with an environment
map in the Imager.
• Loading an imager set that has no saved views now displays the imager set name correctly.
• form•Z now prompts the user when loading multiple copies of the same imager set.
• Imager sets containing projects with long file names, missing textures and rendered in RenderZone no
longer crash.
• Rendering an interactive shading animation in the Imager no longer displays the Animation Generation
dialog under certain conditions.
• Imager renderings using post processing no longer draw to the screen.
I
mport/Export
• Piranesi export now correctly exports view parameters.
• Illustrator import no longer hangs when importing files with small spline curves.
• Illustrator import no longer crashes when attempting to open Illustrator 10 files. A proper error message is
now displayed when trying to import unsupported versions.
• VRML Export now works from localized form•Z running on a Japanese language system.
• VRML import of files with texture no longer causes an error.
• 3D Studio export no longer writes files with view eye points at 0,0,0.
Network Rendering
• form•Z and the Render Server work correctly when run on the same Mac OS X computer.
• form•Z now always starts up ready to connect to the Network Server.
• Network Rendering Automatic Retrieval now works even if form•Z is not connected to the Network
when a job is completed.
• HDRI environment lights now work correctly with Network Rendering.
• Having the Client Info dialog open on the Server when the job the Client is rendering finishes
crashes the Server.
• Network Rendering a project with a radiosity solution now renders properly.
• Network Rendering with automatic retrieval set to PICT now saves the rendered file correctly.
form•Z API
• The min / max flags to fz_shdr_set_sld_flt_parm() are now interpreted as documented.
• Setting the origin of a primitive via the API now works correctly.
• The deform api functions now work as expected.
• form•Z now prompts the user when loading multiple copies of the same script file.
• The SDK pixel renderer no longer overwrites memory when opening files.
• Use of the function fz_iost_one_double() in a script will no longer lead to a variety of crashes.
• The API function fz_objt_cnstr_meta_ellipsoid() no longer causes a crash.
• Editing a large script file no longer leads to a crash.
• fz_objt_cntl_get_uuid now returns the correct value for the uuid argument.
OS X
• form•Z now launches correctly on MacOS X systems with the language preference set to Hebrew.
• form•Z now launches correctly on Macintosh OS X non-Roman systems if it is located in folders
Roman characters or the hard drive has non-Roman characters in the name.
• Open and Save dialogs now support filenames longer than 31 characters on Mac OS X.
